Would it be a good fit for my group?
Companio was designed for member-based organizations and has great features for keeping member information up-to-date. Companio would be useful to any of the following:
  • Groups where members pay dues or make donations
  • Groups that want to maintain relationships with donors
  • Groups that support their activities through campaigns or fundraising events
  • Groups that have a leadership structure such as Board of Directors, President, Councils, Committee Chairs and Committee Members
  • Groups involved in Community Projects
  • Groups that hold events where members need to make a reservation or sign-up for a workshift
  • Groups that provide placement options for their members
  • Groups that track membership requirements
How much does it cost?
There is a monthly subscription fee for Companio which is based on the number of members in your organization. Our goal was to make it affordable for any size group. There is a one-time setup fee that includes membership conversion and basic training. Additional conversion, setup and training is available depending on your needs. Support and enhancements are included at no extra charge.

It's only $3 per member per year. That's less than a Mocha Latte. Some organizations add a technology fee to dues to cover the cost.
Is it easy to use?
Our goal is to make Companio user friendly so that you don't need a lot of training and help to use it. We do offer technical assistance to help you get off to a good start. Companio Quick Guides and online training are also avaialble.
Is it secure?
The security of your data is as important to us as we know it is to you. We take frequent backups of the data to make sure nothing is lost in the case of hardware failure. We also take extra steps to ensure there is no unauthorized access through an online attack. Companio also offers your organization internal security, allowing you can control levels of access within your organization.
Can I get help with a problem or question?
Definitely. You can email us, call us or enter a ticket online whenever you need help. It works best if you designate 2 or 3 members as contacts for Companio with your membership since member questions are often related to your specific procedures. But if you need help or have a questions, please contact us.
Can I customzie Companio for my group?
There are a number of ways that you can customize Companio to meet your group's needs. Companio support begins at setup. For example, you can add your own member information fields to capture specific information from your members. And we are delighted to discuss additional customized features.
Are enhancements included?
Yes, enhancements are included at no charge. We also are happy to hear your ideas for features and accomodate those requests whenever possible. Our customers have had some great ideas and if you come up with something you'd like to see added, let us know.
What about my website?
You can use simpleCMS, our partner product, to keep your website up-to-date. There is a charge for setting up your website in simpleCMS and a monthly fee that includes hosting your website. A website redesign is also available. SimpleCMS was designed for non-technical webmaster and is easy to use. And your members can get access to the 'Members Only' part of your website and all of their information in Companio with a single login.
